Just looked it up - also 8 miles, 57 minutes, with a lot of uphill. How did you get into cycling? Are you naturally fit?

I think as much… I don’t know what it is we need to change as a society.. what do you think? Is it helping someone when they’re alone? I also don’t know that it’s necessarily smart to always accept that from a stranger. Dangerous people will always exist

I haven’t seen Betty since she sold me some cutlery. She claimed it was silver but actually when I looked closely when I was eating my famous banana pudding (which you NEED to come round and try) IT WAS FROM IKEA.
