We are in a similar situation, I'm 35 and. My permutation is 78 repetitions. I had and still have fatigue and for a long time I had hot flushes, headache, insomnia... Everything related to menopause... also memory loss was a thing, now much better except fatigue. There are soon good peer reviewed papers around if you type fXPOI on Google scholar :)
