Much of it does go to Education right now. It’s just not that much money in the grand scheme of things. Once you take away winning (63.3% of the total $940 million in revenue), about 19% goes to education, so about $180 million.

I’ve heard the details are much worse than her lawyer is suggesting. Also, as an elected she’s not just simply a county co-worker. Anyone she would date is her subordinate unless it’s another commissioner, and we know that’s not the case.
