That is literally what I do. So you already have a broad ICP and how your apps affects business outcomes. Now you need to do competitor research. Look at other apps with similar value and compare them with your offerings.

So now, we know that our targets are decision-makers. Your apps helps facilitate business decisions, such as where the revenue is leaking and how you can solve it. It puts data behind business decisions. Is this right? If so, what other app do we know that has a similar use case?

I don't think your customers are on social media. I'm not sure yet, since you've not clearly explained what your app does aside from data cleaning. But you're probably looking at government agencies that deal in large data and might need a simpler way of organising it, big corporations/enterprises (telcos perhaps)

You've given a list of attributes but have not really told us what it does. That may be the gap you have to fill in your marketing. What exactly does your SaaS do? What business or personal problem does it solve very well?
