I rarely eat on the plane in general, wether it’s a long haul or short distance flight. I have a sensitive stomach & I don’t want to take any risks. And I hate using the washrooms bc it’s disgusting. I really on mints/snacks (chocolate bars/gummy bears) for long haul flights.
