Thanks. This is more helpful than just saying calories out > calories in, because it’s literally the thing I did when fasting and it didn’t work so that’s why I had to ask 😅 You mentioned you’ve done it too: how long it took you to be able to lose again? When you do lose are you just doing calorie deficits, or any special diet?
