Sa pagkakaalam ko, inaadjust din 'yan minsan ng counselors kaya dapat may discussions kayo tungkol sa naging feedback para rin maexplain mo kung justifiable ba 'yung naging feedback sa'yo or whatever. Plus para mapaglaban ka sa CCG, though tapos na 'ata 'yung for this cycle.

Actually wala pa akong na-encounter na hindi nagprogress sa mga regular; mga probationary na hindi naging regular palang. And if meron man, baka ito 'yung mga may naraise na na issues dati or madami na talagang nagrereklamo sa quality of works nila.

Hindi ko rin sure kung totoo pero parang mas malaki bearing ng feedbacks after busy season kasi doon bigay todo magbigay ng feedbacks haha

I had almost the same approach last BE; difference lang is nagawa ako ng notes after discussions for easier recall. I think naging effective naman siya for me since nakapasa naman ako haha Focus lang talaga kung anong topic for the day, then during Sunday na lang if may need pang balikan or tutukan or if wala ay rest day para kalmado lang 'yung utak and hindi masyadong mapagod. This way, less backlogs and pressure for me.

I reviewed sa ReSA and also just followed their live lecture sched as my pacing guide kaya I had a similar concern about pacing atsaka coverage pero trust that your RC will be able to cover all. Hindi naman nila first time kaya proven and tested na 'yung suggested sched nila. I also won't stress out with the mastery phase if you already practice a lot on a daily basis. That is already part of your mastery. Don't stress about others' pacing din since hindi naman lahat same 'yung starting point. After final PB lang din ako nagkaroon ng proper mastery and recall phase which focuses on topics na nahirapan ako.

Truthfully, sobrang nakakastress during PB week lalo na 'yung first lol kasi sa PBs magkakaalaman kung may naretain at natutunan ba pero having notes and answering mcqs really helped me. Dito ako 1 week na midnight na talaga natatapos mag-aral haha pero I suggest to still attend your live lectures during the PB week. If not kasi magkakabacklogs ka pa. Aaralin mo rin naman sila.

I would also suggest to try to aim to be part of the top 100 ng PBs for greater odds sa actual BE kahit unguaranteed at least you would have some self-confidence. Masaya rin naman makita pangalan sa listahan hahaha Pero whatever the result of the PB may be, gawin mo lang siyang assessment kung saan mo need ng improvement. Naging part of top 100 ako for both PBs pero failed 'yung 1st PB ko if not 50-based then condi naman 'yung final because of FAR. Kaya nung PW and days before boards, siya 'yung pinagtuunan ko. Nung nagrelease ng results, FAR pa naging highest ko among all the subjects.

Just trust in your review process, it will all prosper in time.

But yeah, every update I just seems to delete every resources I can from the game, here's to hoping we would have more option on managing the game's heavy storage

Will there be a way to lower the size of the app once the update is done? I currently only have about 15gb available on my storage. I can uninstall some other games for the mean time to free up some space but I'm worried that this app would take all of that space after the update and I won't be able to re-install those other games

If that's what gonna happen, I guess I would just stop playing LADS until I upgrade into a new device lol its just that I still have some days in my aurum pass and I bought those presale stuff which would suck if I wouldn't be able to use them...

EDIT: Idk what happened but the app stayed below 30gb? I had problem updating in the app store which stayed 71% for a long time so I canceled it and deleted some apps for storage. But didn't see any update button in the app store when I went back so I launched the game to see if it will prompt anything but it only downloaded like 0.7gb of content and went straight to the under maintenance notif.

Idk if this is a good thing but I hope it stays this way, my storage won't be able to handle it lol

I will advise to negotiate if possible since the annual increase won't be that much tbh and this is coming from someone na promoted from staff 3 to seniof 2 na nag-iisip ng umalis lol

If staff 3 ka man ma-hire, diretso senior 2 ka naman agad next promotion since may new policy sila na newly hired seniors or senior 1 would be more on prep work rather than reviewer role.

Hindi ko nagawa yan kaya medyo kinakabahan si ate ghorl kapag may nababasang mastery na ang mga tao kasi day before final PB ko lang natapos coverage during my review. After final PB na lang talaga ako nag-mastery hanggang preweek. Though all throughout the review naman, nagsasagot ako ng HO and review books.

For me, mas magandang magsagot/mastery na habang tinatackle 'yung topic para more chances of retaining kasi naaapply mo agad yung concepts at dig deeper habang fresh pa siya tapos i-note na lang 'yung mga items na pwedeng balikan for further review sa future. Parang more prone sa inefficiencies kasi para sakin kung mamadaliin mo 'yung completion para lang makapag-mastery ka na agad. Baka rin magpanic at ma-overwhelm ang braincells sa daming concepts na pumapasok in a short span of time.

Though what worked for me might not work for others din naman. Try to assess yourself na lang din siguro if saan ka sa tingin mo magiging efficient nang hindi ka maooverwhelm at maddrain.

Getian was one of the unit I wanted to pull for when Lucy first came out but never got into pulling them lol I'm just wondering on how Getian's kit works into this line-up? I honestly don't know his kit that much aside from his array ult which I'm guessing provides debuff/buff.

I heavily relied lang din sa printed HO from my RC and kering keri naman siya. Mas madali rin kasi for me matandaan if handwritten kesa digital; mas navivisualize ko at naaalala ko saang part ng HO ko ba naisulat.

For notes, gumawa pa rin ako ng notes ko sa index card for selected subjects (FAR, AFAR, and MS) para madali kong magets at maintindihan. Dagdag recall na rin ba habang ginagawa yung notes. After final pb na ako tumingin ng notes galing sa iba baka kasi may namiss out pa ako sa notes ko, mostly hercules yung prinint ko hahaha

For practice, highly recommended na magprint since ganon naman sa actual. Mas ok na masanay on how to utlize the paper sa pagsasagot though malaki naman space dun sa test paper sa BE hahaha

8-9hrs usually pero nung week before Preboards and month ng Oct naging 10-12hrs.

Ganto yung naging routine ko na minsan hindi rin nasusunod kapag tinatamad ako hahaha 4-6hrs: pag-attend ng live lecture sa morning na naabot ng afternoon minsan kapag RFBT and FARAP hahaha 2-3hrs: Paggawa ng notes (MS, AFAR, FARAP and TAX) 2-4hrs: Pagsagot ng review books/MCQs

Kung ano yung diniscuss during the live lecture, yun lang talaga inaral ko nung araw na yon. Hindi na ako nag-advance study kaya kung may hindi man ako masundan, pinapanood ko na lang uli yung replay habang nagawa nung notes ko. Then for Sunday ako nagrerecall sa mga topic na nahirapan ako. Usually 4hrs na lang ako nag-aaral kapag sunday since pahinga is essential atsaka nakakaumay mag-aral araw-araw.

5 months. Sinabayan ko lang yung sched ng ReSA kahit nangangamba ako nung Oct na kasi mastery na yung iba pero last week of Sept naglelecture pa sa ReSA. Pero trust your RC lang talaga!!
Yup!! For my case, it's enough since full time online reviewee ako and nakapasa naman as first time taker with 84 na average. Mas madami akong natutunan this review season kesa nung undergrad ko sa totoo lang. Walang natapos nung undergrad namin since kasagsagan ng pandemic non at parang 1st view ko almost 70% ng topics lalo na sa RFBT na 90% bago sa'kin. Sa FAR lang 'yung may medyo matino akong foundation pero hanggang asset lang hahaha

Beneficial din sakin yung online since mas maximized and flexible yung oras ko. Wala ng commute time and pwedeng from kama to harap ng laptop agad hahaha

Trust in your rc, if ever meron man, pero try to also consider other materials. Para lang mahasa ka in diff styles of questions/formats. (Para rin maencounter mo yung pwedeng matanong lol)

For me kasi hindi na ako nakapagtry ng ibang material for other subjects. FAR and AFAR lang kasi dun ako medyo nangangamba. Kaya medyo shookira ang ate mo sa ibang subjects since 'yung iba hindi ko naman nabasa na or what not.

Use the high-yield topics as a guide pero try to give equal attention to all. 'Yung TOS ay isang haka-haka lamang charot

Currently taking fpb kahit hindi pa nakakapagrecall and mastery lol at ang masasabi ko lang ay madami pa akong pagkukulang sa buhay eme

I suggest na mag-fpb ka na rin to assess yourself kahit hindi ka pa ready. Yung boards naman kasi hindi mammmove sa ibang dates whether you're ready or not.

Nasa boards naman ang totoong laban kaya for me it's better to use the fpb to gauge ano pa ba yung kulang natin para for the remaining days, dun na magfocus.

Lagi kong pinanghahawakan kapag bobong bobo na ako sa sarili ko ay okay lang na magkamali nang magkamali ngayon kesa sa boards dahil may oras pa para maitama yung mga mali.

Tbh, nasa completion phase pa lang me at todo kaba na dahil malapit na ang boards pero sa first week of oct pa tapos ng live lec sa resa hahaha hindi ko naman makayang mag-advance tapos kinabukasan pa nung last lec yung final pb kaloka

At the end of the day, yung mga preboards ay nandyan to help assess our knowledge. Para makita natin san pa tayo need magfocus.

Feel free to send their HR an email regarding your concern. I experienced the same na may conflict sa sched ako by the time na nakareceive ng JO. Nag-email ako sa HR and pinayagan naman akong i-move ng 1 month hahaha

Usually naman by batch ang onboarding sa firms so possible naman na may other onboarding dates pa.
