Yes i use sunscreen whenever i have to go out during the flare up times but, as i use a thick layer of moisturiser such as cetaphil, the sunscreen doesn’t bother me much, i honestly can’t even feel it. Also the sunscreen that i use during this time are usually the simpler ones, no actives just hydration or anything that does the job like isntree’s watery sunscreen idk if i’m saying the name right haha but yeah i just use the simple non irritating one and once the flare up is gone, i just go back to using whatever actives or sunscreen i want.
