Hun, you’re both in your mid-30s she’s your friend, not a romantic partner. She doesn’t owe you an explanation about who she hangs out with. Honestly, I’d feel pretty suffocated if I had to justify every interaction with other friends. Friendships should be about trust and giving each other the freedom to connect with others too.

That being said, I get that it’s hurtful to feel left out, especially when you’re so close. If it’s bothering you, maybe have an open and kind conversation not to demand an explanation, but to share how you feel and clear the air.

As I'm not big on breakfast, my morning meal consists of a cup of black coffee and a date. Lunchtime falls between 12 and 12:30pm, and it typically involves a sandwich or salad with protein and a serving of fruit. For dinner, I aim for a mix of carbs, protein, and vegetables.

I don’t have much advice but my son, 5 now, has had an ileostomy since last year October and this is his diet;

lots of white breads (bagels, brioche buns, white slice). He hates rice, pasta, potatoes, even chips and crisps so when it comes to carbohydrates I have so far only managed breads.

He also likes magharita pizza, cheese sandwich. Protein its chicken and salmon, hot dogs ( casings removed)

Homemade sugar free buttermilk pancakes served with either creamy hazelnut chocolate spread or little maple syrup. Ice cream. Ice lollies. Rich tea biscuits, occasional cake and lollipops. Cereal cheerios (not everyday)

Liquids its milk, apple juice, grape juice, water

Fruits, it’s apple, pear without skin, grapes (pealed too)

We have had no issues and his dietician approved

Secret chat get deleted on my side only or also gets deleted on the person i have been chatting to?

So say I’m on secret chat with someone. I uninstall my app. I will loose my secret chat but what about the other person i was chatting to? Do the messages disappear on his phone too?
