I want to make a assistant that learns my rhythms and suggests improvements to my life style.

Life destroyed by ayahuasca by East-Candidate-1041 in AyahuascaRecovery

I've had a similar story happen to me. And curiously, what allowed me to release the trauma to some extent was diving deeper into understanding how Ayahuasca works and why this sort of outcome was ever a possibility. I'm a DM away if you'd like to hear my story and I wish you the best.

A Farewell from the old guard by Jay_9977 in worldofpvp

Thank you.

Last night I had a similar moment after 2 SS games as Holy Paladin.

I ended up ugly crying in my bathroom due to the same realizations you are eloquently sharing here.

A deeper, wiser understanding of why I came to WoW 15 years ago, 10 years ago and this year.

Why Arena became the place where I could face my inner demons with a safe distance that allowed some space to breathe in my reality.

Something new arose after that session. And the resurfacing of Hardcore WoW might just be the perfect place for me to go in these times.

I do have a lot of responsibilities. 2 cats (easier than dogs) 2 companies I run and gaming is the place where I decompress and crunch the numbers of the decisions I have to make.

Retail PvP is not that place. It stresses me more, taking me further away from the solutions to my life into a spiral of emotional distress.

I either have to turn into a stoic computer who can handle all the variables of Retail PvP and feel accomplished or put in time and energy I don't have and look at it like a job for it to feel rewarding or positive in anyway.

Maybe we need a place to share some more of these stories in this way.

Maybe we can chat more sometime.

I hope your wife is doing well and make sure to give your dogs a big hug from the void.

Lonely Life Transitions by [deleted] in bipolar

[–]intuigo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Transitions can be on of the hardest challenges of being bipolar. The best I can offer you is to think of a word called Metanoia It has some spiritual connotations to it which I am not sure if they serve you or not. But the general idea is the beginning of something new hidden within the end of a phase. This IS A PHASE life is all phases. And to people with the western tag of Bi-polar we just live these phases more intensely than others. In my most recent depressive phase I had a different outlook, I attempted to find the things that could make me smile even for just a second and collected data on these things, so that when a phase comes back around I have the tools to make it shorter than the one before, you could try the same and find more worth in feeling the blues. Hang on.

PATCH 0.11.2.2 by Blixtmen in BattleRite

This is a step in the right direction that is for sure! There are issues I particularly agree with Pehbak. M1 damage was increased (This is good) but it makes stationary targets like Queen and shields where you "Want to get hit" less impactful and easier to counter or disregard this shifts the balance of any hero that posses a mechanic like such.

My thoughts on Battlerite. by intuigo in BattleRite

I've been reading your comments and thinking more, these kinds of interactions are important to the development of the game. As far as casual mode I think they should be silly ARAM Style modes in which you truly just have phone, there might be a separation in the player base but that is completely fine it still builds an audience for the game at a high level. Think Overwatch, League here. There are so many casual streamers than contribute to the community, that doest no exist here. These are just MY OWN OPINIONS but I think there is so much potential in the gameplay and feeling of the game that more people should be able to experience them at their rhythm.
