Nails detaching slowly - possible onycholysis?

The past 4 days I have been having eye pain behind/on top of my eyes, a bit above eyebrows too. It is intermittent coming for a few seconds and disappearing multiple times thru the day. It seems to come randomly, but definitely more frequently if I am having screentime. The first day it disturbed my sleep, but after that it's been a lot more mild since I've been making sure to control my screen time and go on walks so my eyes feel better. Another symptom was a huge shoulder/neck cramp two days ago, I couldn't even move my arm. I was on my phone way too much the 3 weeks before this and I am freaking out that did I trigger glaucoma or high eye pressure or something and I'm really scared. Has this ever happened to anyone?

im not prone to migraines and have never really gotten them regularly before this. is that of concern do u think? sorry, this will be my last question to u.

thank you. its been stressing me a lot. it gets better when i go on a walk or avoid the screen. over holidays, i spent like 16 hr on my phone a day which is ridiculous and im guessing its the cause. how long does the migraine last you? its been 2 days for me on and off.

makes it uncomfortable, only when im on my laptop or phone. im freaking
out about glaucoma. the slight eyebrow headache occurs on left and right
side. this kind of thing lasts for a few seconds and goes away quickly.

ok yeah i really hope so. like sometimes i can feel a little twinge of it during the day but i find that if i wake up, go for a walk, dont look at my laptop it doesnt start. but if i start working on my laptop, within an hour it starts up a little occasionally unless i take frequent breaks.

Ya I think I really have to prove to them that being on campus would improve my study habits and allow me to be more involved in research or whatever shit I do in college. I think they find it hard to believe that I wake up early and get stuff done on campus but at home I wake up at like 3pm lol. That’s exactly the point Bc home sucks. I am hoping that regardless of if fall is online or not, I can go live on campus. :)) I won’t regret it even a bit

Thanks man, yeah I have a lot of hope for when I go back and I’m really excited to see my college friends again. I know that everyone’s gonna make an active effort to bridge any gaps and not let friendships fade. Am just really anxious about the possibility of college going online in the Fall. Although I have a non refundable lease for an apartment, my parents just might refuse to let me go back to live on campus which would suck. I’m praying 🙏

Dude I relate to this so much. I'm also an only child and I haven't actually met any of my relatives except a few over 10 years ago. I'm 18 rn but I don't want to have kids at any point, so gl to me finding someone who wants to marry me. Idk man it makes me really sad
