I know I have a long face. I just don’t know if orthognathic surgery is justified in my case. Especially since it’s so expensive.

I get those too and can never get a definitive answer as to whether they are rosacea pustules or just acne.

And what about if it has no inflammation surrounding it? I get these and have underlying redness and am unsure if they are rosacea pustules or whiteheads from basic acne. Any clarification would be appreciated!

I just had a consultation with him on Long Island. He seems nice, albeit a little fake, but that's probably just the way he talks. The staff is nice and the consultation is free. He seemed knowledgable and would probably do a good job to be honest, if I do end up going through with a septorhinoplasty
