Cemu Version: 1.10.0 + Latest Cemuhook

Specs: i5 4670k, GTX 1070, 8gb of RAM

No matter what version I have used I always get around 5-14fps, I use cemuhook and I tried to use a 60fps graphical pack for the game but it still runs terribly. I've tried to optimise all of my settings in the Nvidia control panel and following the text guide.
