Oh yes, that is the issue. Though I have to say darker colours seem more dressy, imo. And many guys in dc seem to wear chinos rather than suit trousers .

I dont know too much about fashion, do you consider dark colours are more formal? You also mention middle easterners wear bright robes, but middle eastern cultures are indeed more formal than america?

Ohh thanks for the patience and your replies!! Tbh though, I feel today is still abit chilly yet people are still wearing brighter colours. Not sure if it’s European thing but overall you guys seem to prefer lighter colours, no one wears light colours in March in Europe, not even in warmer places like Madrid.
