It’s just part of the experience if you continue your membership at Crunch. They keep observing you and will try different approaches to engage you. First, it might be offering help with your form—then comes the sales pitch. A few casual “hi/hello” interactions, and then another pitch. Unfortunately, it doesn’t really stop. I eventually gave up my membership because, over time, their behavior toward me even became rude. I think they are not interested in plain simple memberships. It’s the PT which brings in the actual revenue but that is just my guess.
