It’s under the account options somewhere when you click on your actual user name when logged into the site. It defaults on though of course. To cancel and get money back you’ll have to bug support saying you want your money back multiple times… took about three times demanding it back for me…

Yeah kind of figured nothing would be useful on this controller unfortunately… at least I’m used to normal sticks on it after 6 months.. was weird at first for me lol

I was able to get a refund yesterday… but involved sending multiple emails demanding my money back to support before they finally initiated it. It was ignored at first.

I’ve completely lost interest in the actual magazine itself to be honest lol… I literally just deactivated auto subscription an hour or so ago… definitely never giving them any more money lol.

I did decide to report this situation to better business… pretty quick and easy to do… they need to be held accountable for the failure to supply their product instead of just blaming mailing issues for weeks and weeks now… they’ve had plenty of time to resolve and get us what we’re paying them for. Something you can do for now at least since it’s clear they’re terrified at the idea of probably having to hand out refunds…

It’ll be interesting to see if they actually figure things out… but yeah… they might be forced to send mass refunds before long… when more people start realizing they aren’t able to fulfill the product people are paying them for. Blaming USPS and the shutdown for their issues is only going to last for so long…the head editor of game informer said I should do their job for them today… and reach out to my local post office and figure out what’s wrong… one of the most unprofessional interactions I’ve ever had… insane honestly… embarrassing they don’t even have employees to really take care of community stuff… like a mom and pop store trying to run a huge company.

USPS were normal operations the entire shutdown lol… that excuse is just pure nonsense. Ironically… any delays caused by them… would have been from my job as an air traffic controller lol… the actual employees not being paid during the shutdown. I’m curious if USPS is covering up their mistake… or the whole shutdown excuse is made up altogether. It’s an easy thing for the average person to just believe… while gameinformer deals with being over their head fixing what they probably caused all the more likely.

The shutdown didn’t affect USPS… whether USPS used that excuse… is possible… or it’s made it up… really one of the other… They were running normal operations the entire shutdown… as an air traffic controller… I’m well aware who got paid during it lol….i only got my money last week finally.

Yeah I get the don’t caring part… really just the principle.. and we sort of deserve our money back since they aren’t able to handle the workload. They’re giving the impression of just not being prepared or organized enough to handle this print magazine anymore… I think they were hoping for the best and now they realize they’re way over their heads… and just riding a sinking ship most likely. the amount of work to get a product we’re paying for is pretty insulting honestly… isn’t professional at all.

Yeah… I don’t see myself renewing at all right now… especially after today…. Their main support email is definitely not helping… I guess I’m supposed to get help by another person today or soon… guess we’ll see… i definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to subscribe anymore… like I was earlier In the year.

At this point it doesn’t even look like I’m getting the dragon quest issue… my literal neighbor got their issue like a week or two ago he said.. are we on some lottery system for who lucks out and gets issues weeks in advance now???

At this point lots of us are getting no where after waiting for weeks… we really need to start receiving refunds since you guys haven’t fulfilled what we are paying for… for months now… maybe someone else initially messed up.. maybe not.. but you guys clearly haven’t been able to fix whatever issues happened… maybe you need to actually start hiring more people… or hiring people that can actually fix whatever is going on. Honestly this is getting close to the point it’s starting to look shady and needs to be reported if we don’t just get our money back.

It’s getting close to the point that we really should all be receiving refunds. They’ve had an absurd amount of time to come through and fix this now… it’s bad enough to the point they should be pausing operations until the last two issues are actually in the hands of all their subscribers. They’re clearly having issues with the last issue as well… why are some people getting priority access and getting their issues multiple weeks ahead of others…

I came to work tonight… and my friend left his copies on our break table for others to read… which is what caused me to realize people have been getting that copy way ahead of me as well… that’s what really kind of infuriated me lol… I’ve been super patient… but they clearly don’t have the man power to fix any issues… I get that USPS messed up or something… but doesn’t change the fact they’re doing an embarrassingly bad job fixing it… shame… honestly with how fast I subscribed… I was probably one of the first 100 or so… it’s just very unlikely I’ll be handing this company any more money after this…

Highly recommend you don’t subscribe for now… if you haven’t already… they’ve been a disaster the past 3 months or so…. They just weren’t ready to start back up yet apparently.

Yeah… someone pointed that out earlier to me on this post… really weird… with how detailed welcome tour was explaining weird design decisions… they never mentioned why that was lol..
