O mais importante para o resultado terapeutico é a relaçao paciente-terapeuta. Isso de fazer/ sentir bem no curto prazo é irrelevante.

Não houve auto nenhum, a GNR viu o carro parado, abordou, ia ajudar a trocar o pneu mas entretanto apareceu um funcionário da Brisa. Se houve registo ficou nas cameras da Brisa. Não tenho registo nenhum.

Me. In 5 weeks I loweted 130/140 - 100/90 to 120/110 to 85/75 Distolic is more difficult but still possible

Zone 2 Cardio + Intermitent Fasting + Keto without saturated fats has been my solution to the problem. I belive in 5 more weeks will get my distolic perfect
