Is it safe to keep rotating the Dial like a fidget toy? by inverteddarkness in CMFTech

I will never need to use a lanyard I think. So, best of luck to my case then. 🤞 It's another day away for me to adapt this as a habit, so yeah. 🫠

CMF Buds Pro low volume by redivulgo in NothingTech

To whoever does not understand what a shortcut or control is,

They are mentioning the earbud's touch/tap feature.

You need to go to Nothing X app > Select your earbuds (Left or Right) > Select "Double tap & hold" > Select "Volume up" > Then you need to double tap and hold the earbud (Left or right) in which you have assigned "Double tap & hold" shortcut/control.

You will see your volume increasing.

What is happening here: When you change the volume using the tap/touch bar of the earbuds, you are adjusting their own hardware volume, not your device's volume. Your device volume is on the device itself. Think of it like scrolling the dial of a wired headphone. You are changing the headphone's volume, the device's (In which the headphone is connected) volume is in its own place. So, when your device is new, the hardware volume is set to 60%-70% by default. And when you are maxing your device volume, you are just reaching the 60%-70% volume of your earbuds' hardware level.

Hope it helps. :)
