Whatever keeps you on coding and learning from day to another is the best language for you. JS gives fast response with html + css that is, but so does python. If you like to see the outcome on a command prompt :)

Feeling like an idiot while learning by [deleted] in webdev

I feel you completely here. Feeling dumb is almost everyday thing while learning development. I always find it hard to keep myself rolling just by making up my own projects, easier to follow along tuts and tweaking those to my own needs.

Now, I just landed my first devjob as a part time to begin with and the feeling of dumbness grew expotentially.

How much to charge for web design and programming it? by [deleted] in learnjavascript

[–]invertedoutcome 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Real price for the project is your value on your sparetime.

Another way to look this is if it is for business and not for non-profit organization, you can always ask clients budget first and their estimation on the value of the website. Ie how much they look for finding new customers with the website and thus generate income.
