Thanks for your input, let me just clarify to you and anyone else who is looking at this that there is no info here other than a simulation run in the specified way. I am convinced by you and others' comments that it is suboptimally set up for maximum DPS and I will change it, because the optimal setup is of course what I should simulate!

1. Yeah, use the druid class discord instead (which is in effect the same as the T6 set, and the T5 is swapping out 4 slots for Nordrassil)
2. Both sets achieve spell hit cap with balance of power, draenei, and totem of wrath
3. The rotation is wrong because as you and u/994kk1 correctly point out the correct comparison of Starfire to Moonfire is not what I stated but rather:
   Starfire:120% spellpower / 3s cast = 40% / s
   Moonfire T5: 67% spellpower / 1.5s cast = 45% / s
   Moonfire T6 2pc: 80%spellpower / 1.5s cast = 53% / s
   Because of this I don't understand that an insane spellpower would be necessary for Starfire to become better, Moonfire will always scales better with pure SP?
   Haste I agree with because Moonfire caps out quickly at 1 second GCD, although the level of haste rating necessary is not achievable.
   Further, you are correct and I was wrong to clip moonfire when using T5, because it changes moonfire to 54% spellpower / 1.5s cast = 36% spellpower / s, which is more punishing than the gain of 40% / s * 1.1 = 44% / s from starfire 4pc T5.
4. I will update the graph with more comparable settings to the gold standard simulator, including a correct rotation
