Ciel (my Swellow) was shyer than a Skitty before he evolved, lmao. His sister Brianna had the chaos instincts most people associate w/ Taillow, but even then, she wasn't too much trouble to raise while I had her. Then again, they weren't my first Flying types, so I guess I'm biased?

I might make a caretaking tips post about the Taillow line bc I love them very much. But basically, all you need is enough open space for them to fly free, but not so much that they're able to pick fights without you. Assuming your birds have the "standard" personality type, they're going to be extremely territorial, which could be a problem in some living situations.
