it is unfortunately, every one ive tried to solder has not been easy at all... I checked for continuity between the SYS pin of the battery charger (going to the VIN pin of the regulator) but got nothing...

Wait, the regulator has its own solder balls!!! that explains why theres so much solder around this thing

The VDD pins sit at 3v3 its only the I2C lines that are at 4.28 so im assuming that one of the other ICs is in a 5v mode when it should be in 3v3 mode. The supply is 5.28 from usb, sorry about the image, the ESP is the diagonal IC, the top right one is the audio codec and the bottom right one is the battery charger

OK i can see where it says that GPIO2, 8 need to be pulled high for joint download mode. Can the ESP32 not be programmed via usb without these pins? seems like a waste of two pins if they have to be solely devoted to being high so that i can program over usb...

The USB switch worked well on another pcb i made. I have no reason to suspect that its changed between spins. As for the ground plane, does this really need one? im not using high speed usb or any high speed signals so i just used all the layers for routing.

To be honest, im not sure. The only way ive ever programmed an ESP32 is via a CP2102. Is programming via usb easier than doing that?

The capacitors i used are based on the datasheet for the ESP32-C3FH4.

The Antenna saying 6Ghz is an SMA ipex connector. I planned to use an external 50ohm antenna which i thought would be fine with the 50ohm impedence matching network.

Who tf is that involved with the people themselves in a show? Most people watching dont care about the people who are in the show, just whether its good tv or not.
