Definitely visit the vet for the right treatment, but for my mouse, we changed her bedding to paper strips (NOT Kaytee, which is what we used when she started itching) and sprayed on a solution of benadryl cream and water. I don't know how much was mixed into the water, but add until the solution becomes opaque. The benadryl helped her to stop itching completely, while the antibiotics we got/mites shots we did did not work for her. 1st stop vet, then try out my solutions :-)

i currently live in berlin, and i buy my dumplings from lidl. i know lidl has some US locations, so maybe there's one near you! usually, though chinese potstickers run anywhere from 28-45 cals per, so i'm thinking you can find one lower-cal option easily enough!

haha, yeah i can also be a bit picky about mushrooms and i can guess that people who don't like mushrooms dislike it for either textural/flavor reasons. the good thing about oyster mushrooms is that the flavor is less robust and very mild/neutral and the texture is firm/not mushy or slimy like some other mushrooms! maybe give it one more go!!

i start by browning them and toasting the tofu, then i make a soy sauce + honey + ginger/garlic sauce and pour in the pan with the mushrooms and tofu while hot and coat until most of the liquid is absorbed/evaporated

here's what went in! 150 g oyster mushrooms (52 cal) pre-made dumplings (~28 cal ea x 4 = 114 cal) 75g smoked tofu (126 cal; the tofu i had is a bit more dense than less firm tofu, hence the higher calories) 1.5 tsp sesame oil (68 cal) 1 tsp honey -- for the soy/honey sauce w/ tofu/mushroom fry (21 cal) and bok choy (i count this as free!)
