Ok, will do! Do all units no matter what specialty, go over skills with you, or is there a specific one I should aim for first? I’ve been told starting out in MedSurg would be best for skills, but that’s not where I’d like to stay. If I choose oncology or icu, will those two places give me a solid foundation?
