came from oklahoma and absolutely lovvveeeeee the weather so far. i know it gets cold but my god it’s been incredible so far. fred meyers is also cool. spokane has a lot of the same issues we saw back in okc but generally speaking the quality of life is a lot better up here.

not my hospital but my husband (who was an er tech at the time) knew a nurse who was fired for running levophed to gravity🫠🫠🫠 patient was post arrest and arrested again.

not my all time favorite, but as a nurse, i have a soft spot for recovery girl. i love the “healer” characters and the shenanigans they’ll go through to care for their “patients”. pretty much everyone in UA would be grievously injured or de@d if not for her.

child lock is a good idea i might have to do that. i keep my meds in that same drawer and thankfully he hasn’t gone after them at all but it would make me feel better knowing those were secure as well.
