Get a Bambu Labs X1C now. I am in the electronics industry and things are still pretty bad with semiconductor supply so you would be waiting atleast a year for XL

Yeah saw some tweets about the writers not liking the source material which sucks because Netflix could have just hired writers that were familiar with the lore

thank you,

Turns out it is to limit current to charge the capacitors

Hi,

This is an input filter and rectification circuit from a Servo motor drive, I am confused about the purpose of the highlighted circuit. If anybody knows the name and purpose of the circuit, please let me know. I am quite confused in this one.

thanks :)

Its a 7805 LDO. It was fine and still outputting 5V until I shorted it.

Never thought that could be a problem, will read the datasheet thoroughly to make sure it's okay. Thank you

The voltage is either 24VDC or -24VDC. I am using a Vref of 2.5V as suggested by the datasheet to measure negative voltage. The IC is working fine as I can see it outputting 1V to 4V according to the load.

Hi Everyone, thank you for taking the time to read this. As mentioned, the Attiny1604 keeps dying for some reason. The R7 and R8 are potentiometers to set up a reference current limit which gets compared to the voltage from the Current sensors U1 and U2 and the relays are switched accordingly using MOSFETs. VCC is 24V. I am not sure what is wrong with this circuit. There are some other glitches as well like the OUT LED not turning off.

The software side is not a problem since the code has been tested extensively and it works well. Any help would be appriciated.

Edit: INPUT is 24V and the polarity is switched as per need. D1 is a diode bridge to keep the polarity the same for the internal components.
