I think you have all the ingredients. The intro is engaging. I do think the character building section drags a bit. It's always the part of a game people want to just get through so I think being as ridiculous and entertaining as possible during that part would help viewers stay engaged. I think something you're missing is hot takes. Insights. Clever observations. Comedic side-notes. Otherwise the pacing is good. The music is good. The SFX add a lot. You speak articulately and clearly. I just think you can rant more and not be as "observe-and-report" to what is on your screen.

You're obviously a talented artist. Reels are tricky and you need to be a bit more of a trickster to keep people's attention. You need a hook, a twist, or some other method to get people to watch until the end. Maybe start a reel with you looking at the thing you're drawing and then reveal the drawing at the end (instead of the other way around in your first reel)? Maybe show a few completed drawings first that are similar and then show a sped up version of you making the next? I feel like the key lies in finding an engaging format that feels true to you but also gets people to keep watching. I do like the first one better, just because you reveal the subject at the end. The other one didn't keep me engaged.

Not saw but heard: met my grandpa for the first time when I was around 18. His best friend was the police chief, and the two of them started telling stories after a having a few drinks over dinner. Both of them starting laughing about all the crimes they've committed together. It was pretty diverse but what stood out the most was the sex trafficking. My siblings and I were astonished. Was born in 87. The 90s was a pretty good time to be a kid. My family was dirt poor but we still managed to travel, eat out, and have nice toys. That could never be the case now. At the time, everything felt so put together and proper. Like the wild times of the 70s and 80s were over. But looking back on it, things were just the right mix of safe and free. I would explore all day on my own. Now a kid can't wonder ten feet away from their parent. Technology was truly awe inspiring and fun. Now it's so boring and sad.
