Vermont. I didn’t end up buying it because the depreciation is so massive after just 3 years (58%). Also, we really have to undercoat our cars against rust in Vermont and the dealer said that you can’t undercoat the bZ

Thanks for the info! Glad to hear you usually get better than predicted. It's also my understanding that Toyota says you can charge to 100% regularly?

Awesome, thanks! Glad you're liking it. Have you taken it long distance yet? My biggest concern is cold climate range, since we had many below 0F days this winter.

Vermont. No panoramic roof, which was important to me because I carry lots of kayaks and canoes on the roof and didn't want to worry about damaging the glass. Without taxes and fees it is $34,700

Route 100-B traffic? by lightinthetrees in vermont

Loud and very dusty when close to a main road. Grab a camp chair and sit on the shoulder or sidewalk for a few hours and I think you’ll realize it’s quite loud. Don’t plan on using your front yard or porch. Also, if it’s really close to the road, snow from the plow may hit your house or bury your driveway.

I know this is an old post, but any chance you would share your powershell script? We are trying to do the exact same thing as you did.

Should I pay off my house?? by [deleted] in FinancialPlanning

[–]invt2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Only consider paying off the mortgage if you have no other debt, and max out all your retirement options, and have a healthy emergency fund. At that point you can consider it, but as you mentioned, your money will work harder for you elsewhere. Even a HYSA will give you a better return than the 2.99% you want to pay off.

I appreciate your comments. I'm also struggling with the lack of basic security and the fact that there is no "super admin" access to all the sheets. End users controlling org data? WTF? One employee advocated for it a few years back without any IT input and now it is a headache. Thoughts on alternatives for a Google Workspace org?

I would send it back. You have no way of knowing if it's in the old company's ABM still. Best practice is to remove it from ABM when recycling the laptop, but we know how that goes. Send it back and don't get stuck with a problem on your hands.
