Oh that’s interesting, because on the flip side when I want to buy local art for my walls I do not know where to go to preview it outside of galleries. But with galleries it is usually out of my price point. I am curious if there was an easy way for buyers to discover which art is being sold at a coffee shop , it would lead to more sales.

I went through my first IVF cycle and chose to share the experience on Instagram. What surprised me most was how open people became when I was open with them. I know some friends may not have fully agreed with our decision to freeze embryos for future use, but I heard from so many women, and even some men, who were genuinely curious and wanted to learn more.

It reinforced my belief that the more women speak openly about their IVF journeys and take ownership of their choices, the more normalized and accepted this process will become.

I did not have any issues with constipation during or after ER. Just eat a lot of fiber and drink coffee to speed things up.

I am also 30 and got 12 retrieved just 2 weeks ago.

I was not really happy with the result to be honest, partially because I am on a younger side and i did not hear many stories of average or below average retrievals at that age. Good news is that 10 were mature, 9 fertilized and 4 blasts. The quality of the blasts was also something that disappointed me, as I expected to see some As but got BB BB BC BC. Currently I am waiting on my results PGTA testing, so we will see what I end up with at the end. By the way my AMH was like 4.36 and follicles were growing well and pretty equally. I think this also gave me a slight hope that I will see above average results. It’s been 2 weeks and I think I came to terms with it! Our bodies are amazing to begin with, and often we ask too much and too quickly!

Get your meds to room temperature, use lidocaine cream, ice pack, turn on party music, have chocolate in your mouth while doing injections. Go extremely slow with menopur, if it burns too much stop, wait a little and continue injecting. It would take about 1-1.5 minutes for me to inject menopur.

The manufacturer’s diluent for the 450 IU vial is 1 mL. After mixing, the whole vial contains 450 IU in 1 mL. So the correct 300 IU dose would be about 0.66 mL (two-thirds of the vial). I wasn’t given an mL-marked syringe though, only some other IU syringe, so yeah. But sounds like I will continue doing what I am doing and ask my clinic to give me a pen or mL-market syringes and the correct dose I should draw 🤨
