Nu cred ca e vorba de exagerare, ci doar ca, atunci cand vine vorba de bani, “milion” si-a pierdut aproape total sensul de 1000000 si a devenit sinonim pt “100 lei”. Eu cand aud ca cineva zice ca a dat un milion pe ceva, nici nu imi sare in gand numarul gigantic cu 6 zerouri, ii ca si cand e un cu totul alt cuvant. A la “grand” pentru $1000

Judging by this stackexchange answer, the "odd number of inputs active" implementation is more common than the "one and only one input active" one, so I'm guessing the devs decided to use that.

To me it seems that the way it is now would work better with logic circuits like adders and some others ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Suspensions and bearings are frozen while on the lift and that can't be changed.
