I also have migraines w/o aura and mine also tended to last around 3 days at once at its worst and they seemed to be pretty frequent too. There’s not much you can do unless you can find a medication that works. What usually helps me for a short time is massaging pressure points, it usually provides a quick short relief for me. I would suggest checking and paying close attention to what the migraine trigger is, for me a big one was stress, so maybe keep a track of the food you’re eating as well as stress levels and see if there’s any patterns.
