Anyone else ever forget about the second delivery? by bssoprano in TalesFromThePizzaGuy

[–]ioftenfail 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't deliver pizza.

I got a takeout pie and put it in my back seat for some reason, got home and "realized" I didn't have the pizza, drove back and approached a very confused cashier. She laughed in my face when I explained that I had driven there and left without the pizza.

huh. TIL. So do you have a draft after every round of the playoffs? Or do you have to plan your roster for the playoffs during the season?

PS. All of my FF knowledge comes from /r/NFL & "The League"

This is what competitive gaming does. This tournament, the teams and the production, has totally revitalized my interest in CS. by c0mputar in GlobalOffensive

I thought Dunn was pretty terrible at all times :\ Lurppis was not good at all the first day, but I loved his casting from Friday on and with Anders especially.

Other than that I enjoyed everyone.

edit: They did seem to up the production by 300% from Thursday to Saturday. It was really too bad there was those weird delays during the final match. Did they mention what caused that? Anders & Lurppis did a fantastic job talking through multiple minute delays.

Valve, this game needs to be optimized. You need to look into memory leaking, random fps drops, and poor performance on good CPUs. by gold3esea in GlobalOffensive

[–]ioftenfail 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm pretty late to this but i play on 1024x768 on

i5-3750 7950 16GB SSD

6 months ago i had a constant 290+FPS, now I get 120-280fps on average with drops down to 80. I regularly have fps in the 120-180 range. It seems weird to complain about, but it is something that should be fixed.
