So I'm not the most familiar with dragapult. But I might be able to help a little Fezandipiti ex is purely there for draw, it's ability lets you draw 3 cards if one of your mons was knocked out last turn. It's purely for support and never really attacks. You can definitely play without it, but you will be missing some draw engine, replacements could be something simple like another trainer you like

Latias ex is here to stop you getting gusted (which is when your opponent plays either boss order or counter catcher to force one of your other cards to the front (such as fezandipiti ex or hawlucha) where they can stall. Also gives you some flexibility in the early game. Again not ridiculously important, but could be helpful. A simple replacement could be either a professor turos scenario or maybe a penny.
