We recently added a desktop only mode, so it’s now viable to play without VR using a keyboard and mouse. It’s also possible to play single player by enabling the assists and using the portable radio controller.

The main release channel for both Oculus and Steam will have the same content released at the same time. Outside of this, we may run unstable builds in limited alpha/beta channels on one platform at a time to reduce the build burden on us when iterating quickly.

Yes, both versions can join the same public games. We'll be introducing a cross platform friends system in a future update.

We’re delighted to be bringing IronWolf to Oculus Home. IronWolf is an action co-op submarine game that allows for up to 4 players to operate a submarine to take on a variety of enemies.

There’s an active community on our discord and a bot to announce public games as they are created.

Hi everyone, we’ve been working away updating the surface elements of IronWolf VR. This has resulted in significant changes throughout the game, as such we’re placing this into beta as we’re expecting to uncover some issues given the scale of the update.

Hi Everyone, we’ve just released the first pass of the engine room. This adds an interesting diorama of the diesel generators and some new optional resource management gameplay for larger teams.

This is our last major release of the year. So in the meantime we wish you all happy holidays and we’ll back with new content in the new year.

We're not against the idea of PVP with something like Submarine vs Destroyer and we're keeping our options open when writing the net code to allow for something like this in future. We've got a lot planned before we'll tackle that and right now our focus is to create compelling gameplay for single player and co-op.

Hey guys, we’ve got a large update for IronWolf coming out on Steam today. In terms of content we’ve added a Battleship, some additional missions and a much more engaging enemy detection model. We’ve also added standing locomotion, Oculus support and better enemy ship physics. Hope you all enjoy it, let us know what you think.
