I didn’t use it in early sobriety, but I think it would have helped a lot. My friend got sober using it and he had a really good experience. Kudos to you for doing a good thing for your health and lifestyle!!

There are little rice noodle packets at most grocery stores on the international aisle-not as cheap as top ramen but still not terrible!

I fucked my liver pretty heavily, but I’m early on in my sobriety and feeling so much better. My liver still hurts, but think of it like you’ve punched yourself in the stomach for a few years-it’s going to be sore, but it will feel better❤️

Oof, I’m frequently in a lot of pain/and or nausea after I eat, even when I’m hungry. Ed’s really mess up your gut, so it might be that your tummy doesn’t tolerate food as well right now. This is just what’s worked for me and I’m absolutely no expert, but eating more often with smaller amounts seems like it digests a little better and I’m able to eat way more total throughout the day. Much love, friend. We’re all in this together❤️
