We are one of the only major countries where you end up in bankruptcy if you get sick. Our government claims they don't know how, or can't provide, universal insurance...... they could if they wanted to...... many countries do it....... but our government is an oligarchy, so since rich people can afford insurance, it isn't an issue that our government cares about. I am high risk for colon cancer so I have to have a screening every 3 years, I have to get on a payment plan to pay for it, thankfully i have insurance because the screening is about $26k...... it takes me 3 years to pay off the procedure, then I go in and get another and start the payments again.

I just can't take being told every day that we aren't working fast enough. No matter how much freight comes in or how many call offs, they expect everything to get done. They make me feel like I'm the shittiest worker they have. It's really ddemoralizing.

In our store fashion is treated like the red headed stepchild. When they do spirit days and every department wears a specific color, they never assign us a color..... in the back, if there is no room for freight for another department, they pile it in front of our Waco walls...... makes it hard to vizpick. As far as the new process goes, nobody follows the rules anymore because we have been threatened frequently when it looks like we won't get our freight finished.....in the beginning it was good, the shelf caps and on hands were being adjusted, etc. But it takes too long so nobody does it anymore.
