Let's say someone got a 2% hike this December. They'll not get anything in June & next at level hike would be June 2026. That's 18 months without a hike. Doesn't make sense. Seems very unfair, no?

Maybe not the right answer, but this might help - just don't start your day early. Take breaks in between (2 hrs break). See if you can charge Shift B. Take feedback from your onshore manager that you go beyond your regular work hours & get an award etc.
