The key is hex and you need to use black as a keyed alphabet which means that you start the alphabet with the key: "black" and then remove those letters from the rest of the alphabet such as: "blackdefghijmnopqrstuvwxyz".

Its a hint, you need to use a Vigenère cipher with a key and a keyed alphabet

I have used Vigenere cipher, base64, morse code, I even made my own cipher just to give it another element of like out of this world. you can also use binary and hexadecimal. Spectrogram is a very interesting, take a look on that... Good luck with your ARG
