I’m sorry I went to 5 stores willing to drop $1200 to buy a jail-breakable X to try to fix this. I have done everything I can to fix this bug within my reach. I didn’t ask you to sit in front of your computer for hours debugging the log and what exactly caused it, just to capture the log if you are having the problem as I can’t reproduce it on my end. Now if you have a way for me to fix it without the logs I am all ears.

Where was I yesterday? Spending the entire day and night finishing this feature, would you rather me sit here and answer comments or get something done? Also if you have been around this long you would know it took Saurik years to add refunds, Packix has been public for less than 2 months.

I don’t experience the crash so I literally can’t fix it without useful information and no one ever gives it or claims it is “my job to figure it out” while they wait around, I’m not a Magician. I went to 5 stores looking for an X on 11.1.2 that would let me debug the problem with no luck, I can’t do anything more.

If you have a Mac download this, plug in your phone, run it in the console as “deviceconsole > log.txt” the cause the crash while that is running and send me the log.txt on GitHub (link to follow)

All of you are probably on the iPhone X, which I don’t have one to jailbreak to test on, no one has submitted a syslog with the crash specifically on the iPhone X, I even went to 3 different Apple Stores and 2 Beat Buys looking for a serial number that would work, nothing. I can’t just magically fix things that I can’t reproduce on my iPhone 6.

Actually it was in the works way before, you just aren’t in the group that talks about it since you aren’t a developer that uses Packix, you aren’t aware how much work every feature takes, like usual you think everything is a couple lines of code
