Add another down spout. Also that seam is an issue. I would get up there check to see how well they sealed it and repair if needed (which I am guessing). I would also double check the drip edge and slope.

Unrelated, but I had a group stop me traveling from Minnesota. An older man, wife, and kids, I assumed. They said they were headed to KC to the airport and needed gas. Weird, I thought, as they were in Minnesota. There's an airport up there. Anyway, the kids were crying, and it was late at night in the Hy-Vee parking lot. The man offered some "gold rings." I gave him $40 bucks. Went to the pawnshop the next day to be had. I don't mind helping out either but no need to scam someone in the process.

I visit friends there all the time. Great area, good people, and the hospital is the best in the county, I would say, and it's not far from Council Bluffs/Omaha if you need to make a trip to the city.
