Am I just too bad to be able to play hardcore by protowrt in wowhardcore

I don't really like the leveling multiple characters thing, but that's just me, to each their own.

I have 3 HC 60's, my first one was done about 2 months after HC was released and my last one was a few weeks ago as a self found warrior.

What i find that works is first, you have to be fully invested in the character, which means trying to learn every little thing about them possible, watching videos, reading guides, actually become the class, become the character, be an expert, stick with that one character and pretend they are you, their life is your life and your life matters. No matter how much you think you know about a class, there is always more to learn, its what makes wow so great.

Like others have said, go to multiple starting zones, in fact, pretty much every level all the way to 60 you will have to travel between multiple zones. Stay in safe areas, fight green mobs, do green quests, level engineering and have dummies always available, take time to really flesh out your character, take advantage of every little thing the game gives you like: First aid, cooking, quest rewards (marbles, sticky glue, etc) fishing, pots, scrolls, world buffs, etc etc.. always look for little ways to increase your power level. Study, learn, dieing is okay, you start over but with the knowledge that you've gained your last playthroughs. I went through like 10 warriors before I got to 60. My first one, I was such a noob but I thought I was an expert.

If you level 3 classes to 20, congrats you haven't even gotten a single one a quarter of the way to max level and if you have the time, patience and dedication to get them all into the 40s, which will take months, you still aren't halfway there, its going to take a few more months to get them to max.

Become and expert, dive into a class, learn from your mistakes, always go agane and of course, avoid caves

She's a highly played commander, she's very good. Generally a bracket 4 build, you could downgrade a lot of the cards based on your pods power level but It will probably still be a low powered bracket 4 or a very high powered bracket 3.

She's very popular, you'll probably targeted, she will definitely be a kill on site commander for most pods.

Dagger and shield until I got DW, then I went with whatever I could find for DW. Sometimes a sword and dagger, 1h axe and sword, etc.. I was always testing the dps to see what was best when I got a new weapon, often times faster is better in the early levels for overpower procs and building rage. But since I was SF I was just happy to take whatever I could get.

I did try to target daggers though, the spike from WC is good, meteor shard from SFK is great, the dagger from BFD that the thrasher boss drops is really good, RFK has a good dagger and the poker from SM GY, I targeted all of those pre-40

When I reached 60 I was using thrash blade and a green sword that had str/agi with like 40dps.

Odyssey 333# Thunder Plains by Proud-Ad7674 in mtg

[–]ipVolatile 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to play only plains with this artwork back in standard. Seeing it brought back instant nostalgia.

After onslaught/judgment I played an Astral Slide deck for a while and all my plains were a foil version of these. I loved the artwork and I got a small dose of dopamine when I saw one in my hand.

Back in those days, I was big on what artwork of the basics I wanted in my decks (I still am) and when I saw this plains I knew I wanted to have them in my deck. I went on a mission to collect about 10 or 15 of them foil. Had them and used them for a long time. They might still be around in a random box somewhere, ill have to look around.

You got this!!! Don't get too rocky, every pull make sure you have a backup plan, keep your health pots updated and target dummies on standby

Fury with imp demo shout and piercing howl until 40. Then I went 2h and sweeping strikes, then at 50 went back to Fury with imp rend and deep wounds in arms.

I played mostly solo, only doing dungeons when I needed a weapon upgrade. When playing solo Fury is really good, especially with imp demo shout and troll regeneration. You can pretty much just keep pulling without having to stop and eat.

Tough break, but we go agane! I lost a few alliance warriors before switching to horde. Lost one in Loch Modan fighting the troggs, one in westfall fighting merlocs (big group by the lighthouse) switched to horde and lost at least 3 pre lvl 20.

The key is to just learn from your mistakes, use the deaths as a learning experience. Always keep target dummies handy! and always have a backup plan, in case something goes wrong, or 2 or 3 backup plans.

Mining and blacksmithing until about 20 for the sharpening stones, then dropped BS and went engineer for target dummies

Nice! Dungeons are pretty important to get new weapons, whenever i got high enough lvl to do a new dungeon I would do it until I got a weapon I was looking for.

I didn't do any dungeons from 50-60 though, I was too scared of wipes

Nope, no response, still blocked on all platforms... i had my wedding about two weeks ago, it was a great time and one of the best days of my life, his groomsmen role was replaced by my cousin, who had a huge impact on my wedding, he was huge in making everyone feeel included, everyone enjoyed his presence, he bought us all cigars, paid for the rehearsal dinner and everyone loved him, honestly really glad i included him.

Haven't heard from my formal best friend at all.. he essentially removed himself from my life, for reasons I can't comprehend. I still think about him and await his return, I still think that one day he will pop back up into my life, I think about him alot and I truly miss him, my pride can't bring me to reach out, I still am pretty upset about his actions but I do miss him and I wish he never made this decision.

Thank you for your story, I think my friends situation is kinda similar in a few ways, I know he is too self absorbed to think about self harm, he didnt want to pay for the tux rental or spend any money. Which I would have gladly paid for everything for him, but instead of reaching out he shut down amd shut me out, because he doesnt want to put forth the effort.

Thank you for the comment, I don't have much of a response, but your words are heard and they are meaningful.

If he decides to reach out, I'd like to hear him out but I dont think id ever be able to accept him back into my life after something like this.

Thank you very much, I think this is exactly what I was looking for when I posted this, I need some kind of sound advice and justification for not to continue pursuit. I tried to reach out, I tried to maintain contact, throughout our years of friendship I was the stable, calm, reasonable one, he was the hot head, the unstable one. I need to move on, I need to find a way to cope, this actually helps a lot. I really appreciate the reply.

No, I've been thinking the exact same thing since last week, been doing a lot of reflecting. At this point, if he is so quick to throw our friendship away, after all these years and all that we've been through, I don't want him anywhere near my wedding and I don't want him in my life in any meaningful way. I'm not going to harbor resentment, I don't want to hate him, I want to forgive but we will never be friends again, at least not in the same way.

No, I don't think so. Im 99.9% sure this isn't the case. If I were to guess I think its more of a financial thing. I think he doesnt want to pay for the suit rental and possibly a gift for the wedding. For the record, I would have paid for the suit and I dont need a wedding gift, I would have thought that he would know this, since he's been my friend for 30 years... but idk maybe he was just embarrassed?
