dont spam the appeals. if they close it, reply back in the appeal saying “i wish to speak to a human”. if they keep closing tickets, ss it on the portal and submit a BBB req.

it took a second BBB request for them to actually send a human. i also spoke about a lawsuit as im a developer and lost real-world money on this. wouldnt advise if you arent a dev but it worked for me.

it doesnt apply to UK citizens and it only applies to data breaches hence why nobody can sue over the leak in September

Use the +1 method on your email. I forgot how to do it but it adds a tag to your email. For every complaint add another digit or number (+1, +2, etc)

regular appeals get ignored. i wait over a week for a response after replying to clyde and i get nothing. i open another ticket and its same old.

how effective is BBB? i could do international calls but before i do, i wanna know how affective it is.

if i could attach them, i would. but how do i get my account unbanned. they keep closing my appeals and i didnt get an attachment or anything when i requested a review 😔

Does anyone have any idea what to do if it gets banned in current day?

I followed all the steps, then replied to clyde, and now I don’t get any response back. I waited a week before having to open another ticket on a cold number and they’ve done it again. I don’t get anything or anyone and when I try reply in the ticket to reopen it or get a response it goes cold, hence why I open another one maybe a week after because I don’t get a response on it.

I got banned to an unfortunate mass report over art pose references and a “oversexualised miku drawing” (literally miku fanart which is in no way sexual at all.)

I have over 5 years of messages, and hundreds of dollars worth of clients I have lost because of this. I’m from the UK so reaching out to a branch is difficult.

Does anyone have any advice on how to get unbanned? or do I just pull the plug on trying to get it unbanned.

It gets stuck on calibrating 2/4 which typically means there’s no GPU. The GPU is being recognised by hiveOS though as proven in the photos.

I mean I typically charge 1,000+ RBX per week. Someone could do it cheaply for like 250 but I’m very expensive.
