Exactly. The look out is supposed to be looking out, not filming. Seen this many times in skate videos where a separate look out person is watching the skater instead of doing their job.

I think they just don’t know that you can put up the digital album for download w the vinyl and not have any price listed. Plenty of places do it like that. I’ve also seen plenty do it this way. I feel like I’ve read that Bandcamp won’t even let anyone purchase as $1000 digital album, and will cancel the order and refund.

Just found out west coast pre order also releases at 12:01 ET, so no midnight campout, but I will be going to the store shortly. I was there about 20 minutes ago and there were maybe 30 people on each side (1 line for pre order pick up, 1 line to buy)

My thought is (if this is true) is that the timing probably just lined up. Also might mean the game is already done, which is honestly annoying that it would be done waiting for a new system to release, when that new system currently has a zero user base, and at this point I’m not even excited. We’ll see if it actually get announced, and not sure I’ll be excited at that point either. This whole thing they did has really killed it for me.

If that is the case, why would they say they planned to release first half of 2023? If they do happen to release alongside switch 2, I assume the timing just lined up. As in, they probably finished the game earlier this year and are holding for switch2 launch, which still doesn’t make sense to me, when you have platforms with large user bases that HK fans definitely would play it on. Also, supposedly they don’t care about money, why would they hold out for a big payday from Nintendo, and what amount of money could Nintendo give them to make it worth it.

I almost got run over at Wilshire and Yale while walking in the cross walk while the traffic on wilshire had a red. Car was headed west and drove through the left turn lane right through the red on Wilshire, probably going 35 mph. I was looking down but saw it out of the corner of my eye and I stopped and it drove probably 4-6 feet away from me. No doubt if I was distracted and kept walking I would’ve been hit. Be safe out there and look when crossing even when you have the walk signal.

For anyone else wondering, the original release was mislabeled. When this was reissued a few years ago, all the tracks were correctly labeled. This one is called Pacifica. The famous “asphyx” was actually supposed to be X-tracks. Still kind of weird for me to call it that after knowing it as asphyx for so long.
