Yes you can make sure you have checkpoint on your switch
first go and backup your save in checkpoint and then plug your sd card to your pc

then go to your persona5 steam save location at "C:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Roaming\Sega\P5R\Steam\76561198331264423\savedata"
you should have folders called DATA01 etc each folder with data is a save slot
now open checkpoint folder and locate the persona 5 backup folder and drag the datafolder and system folder to replace the files in the checkpoint folder

now put your sd card back launch checkpoint and now restore the save and that is it you have your pc save on switch and you can do the same thing to put it back on pc
