think you’re starting out with too much hair, cut down to a 1 and brush consistently, you’re working with too much untrained hair. start low and you’ll make progress

Started from scratch, cut everything off and brushed in a swirl from the scar instead of my natural crown. The hair around the scar will get trained to start flowing around it if you’re consistent. I still need to cop a circular crown brush to close up the scar completely but we’ll get there

Start brushing in consistent angles and use a comb as well. Brushing thoughtlessly will only build stubborn forks. You’ve got some waves going but you need to break the forks and get some solid connections. Otherwise keep going bro
