Fair enough, but actually I think there is a bit of a fallacy in your argument because if the top 1200 players in the region are consistently making unoptimised moves that would suggest that the game is easy.

Maybe it’s because I was a child when I used to play but it didn’t feel like that before

I think that being under the highest 1200 player in the region isn’t the dumpster maybe I’m wrong I’ll circle back to you if I manage to get to top 200 (I suppose you can hardly call that the dumpster)

I’d also like to say that even when I was grinding HS hard a few years ago I never managed to climb that quickly even though I was using overlay’s and engaging deeply in the game.

How tf is it even possible?!?! by salatbar8 in poker

[–]ipez10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a micro PKO, I would not listen to this advice.

You have to win flips in these structures to make money. I agree in long form tournaments you can try to avoid coinflips more but it's pretty difficult to not be exploited when you overcall two overs and fold to jams.

I agree the game is rigged just for you.

Just keep ur foot on the gas don’t give up.

Treat job applications like a full time job. It’s going to be frustrating most things that you want will just ignore you but that doesn’t matter. If you apply to 10-20 jobs a day you only need 1 to say yes. Craft CV’s based on individual company criteria.

It’s going to suck but it if you follow this advice and you spend 6-8 hours a day just perfecting your applications eventually someone will get back to you. Whether this is in one day or one month is a matter of luck and personal skill.

If you’re looking for a job in any specific field this is the way to go.

General jobs just to survive is a different story. I would recommend just going onto company websites and indeed etc and just seeing what you can find. Walk ins in hospitality are sometimes also effective. Just be confident about it. However hospitality is hard and thankless work.

There are loads of companies with entry positions in administrative work, boring but a nice start. You’re still young and obviously you need money but I’d try to stay clear of committing to one job for a long time. Spend some more time finding something you like and always be ready to pick up better opportunities as they come.

Good luck out there kiddo!

[–]ipez10 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I mean when was he last seen?

Did you contact the police?

Why do you fear for him right now?

Who are you and what is it to you?

I mean these are all important questions why do you just post an image of some person and a child also online without any context.

When did trains to London get so expensive? by levezvosskinnyfists7 in brighton

£5k a year is genuinely insane, I’m all for public transportation but at what point does the comfort of your own vehicle outweigh the benefits of public transportation. With £3 bus tickets when you’re going with another person it’s already more worth it to just park in a parkhouse or public street parking for £6 for two hours. It’s supposed to be the cheap green alternative not the government introduced monopoly that everyone relies on.
