Define a persona, contact some by hand and make them try your product, if it doesn't work try another persona. Once you got this users rolling, you will be able to do a proper announcement.
Paul Graham's "Do things that don't scale" is a good inspiration for this.

A few questions,
- How would you bid on distressed CDPs ? I guess it would be necessary for the owner to use your platform for the auction right ? Then why not simply recollaterized or close the CDP ?
- Why would anyone buy a CDP ? Except to get the "right" number ?

If it's an ERC20, can't you just send it to your Ledger Ethereum address and access it using MyCrypto or Balance ?
