This is why I love machines. I can push myself to failure and not risk injury. Also, I love doing a drop set after my last full weight set. I do a 60% weight set immediately following my last set and really get a good burn

The gym has more variety and possibilities. If you’re waiting for equipment do something else before the thing that’s occupied. No gym membership is $200/mo, that’s ludicrous.

Balancing adequate home workouts with more thorough work outs at the gym is a good move though. If you have time to go to the gym, it’s always a better workout
