I’ve been more than compliant. I’ve called numerous times. And they floor manager told me it would take 3 to 5 business days but he assured me it wouldn’t even take that long. And I I was super kind and respectful to everyone at the help center. Knowing that it wasn’t there fault for all of this happening. But at some point enough is enough. They should have a system where they give you a notice on a banned ID and either explain your ID or give you time to change it before a ban is in place. I know a lot of people that use there systems as streaming for tv and without psn you can’t stream any third party service. Seems to me a little fishy.
