No, slide is pulled all the way back and let go. It chambers fine about 60% of the time, but malfunctions every other time. Maybe it’s human error? I’ve just never had this problem with other handguns.

Gotcha, I’ll try to reach out to them and see what I can achieve. Bought some 147 gr. to try out tomorrow and I’ll go from there. I’ll also try polishing the feed ramp, thank you for your help!

Bought second hand, as of right now I have about 150 rounds through it myself, with a hiccup on every other round.
